I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my trip special. They were always available to help with any requests and gave great suggestions for places to visit. The location of the hotel is perfect, right by the main museums and only a short walk to the centrum of Granada. The rooms were cozy with a nice character and I especially loved having a terrace with a view. The breakfast included was delicious, with a great selection of cold meats and cheeses.

All was great, just wish there were more cereal options for breakfast.

The restaurant was pretty good with good food, liked it.

Everything was very clean and fairly clean, I loved location and food. Lots of food available in the restaurant. Efficient employees were with the manager about this.

I couldn't believe how close Crisol was to the Alhambra! It was literally just a one-minute walk to the entrance. Being able to easily explore this magnificent site was a dream come true. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely view of the Alhambra. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with one minor exception - the fruit juice could be improved. Despite these small drawbacks, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Crisol to others. I am happy to recommend this hotel.

View was pleasant, breakfast was lovely, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Clean hotel and fashionable guest room, which was amazing for me. The service was absolutely excellent.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Granada. Staff and location were superb, I had a great experience here. The bedrooms were cosy.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic for our romantic escape. It was just a short 2-minute walk to the main attraction we were there for, and there was a convenient car park right across the road. We also loved the fact that there were plenty of great back-street bars and eateries just a short walk away, offering delicious food at reasonable prices.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we weren't thrilled with. the wifi only seemed to work in the restaurant, which was a bit inconvenient.

This hotel is perfectly located for visiting the Alhambra Palace, just a stone's throw away. The staff were incredibly helpful, giving us advice on how to avoid queues and recommending a delicious breakfast option. The room was spotlessly clean and despite being on the small side, it was comfortable for a short stay. The hotel's terrace offered a great view of the surrounding olive groves.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel located on a hill with stunning views. It was a peaceful and scenic walk through a beautiful forest down to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service, even helping us book tickets for the nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed sitting in the empty restaurant, taking in the tranquility of the surroundings.

We did struggle a bit with finding the hotel due to a malfunctioning GPS, but that was not the hotel's fault.

I had a great experience at Crisol and would definitely recommend it for a visit to the area.

The location was perfect, just 100 meters away from the main entrance of the Alhambra. Bus services and an enjoyable walk into town made it convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and had a lovely antique feel. The view from our room window was breathtaking.

The hotel is very conveniently located, being very close to the famous Alhambra castle. It is only a 10-15 minute walk through the park or the cemetery, which is a pleasant experience. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and courteous. The breakfast, although uninspiring for some guests, is accompanied by a bar on the ground floor that is useful for drinks and snacks. the hotel offers a laundry service and parking with a discount.

The wifi in the rooms is practically non-existent, as some guests were warned about upon check-in.
